Promoter Trust Platform
Know exactly who you're dealing with
NITELY's Promoter Trust Platform independently verifies promoters, so guests always know who they're really dealing with.
Anyone can call themselves a promoter online. The Promoter Trust Platform (PTP) exists to build unrivalled trust between guests and promoters - we independently match, confirm and verify that every promoter carrying our badge is legitimate, and actually works as a promoter in the area they claim to.
We started the PTP with one goal: to become the industry-leading support provider in combating fraudulent and unsafe promoting activity - for every guest, at every venue.
What "verified" actually means
A badge is only worth trusting if there's real work behind it. Here's exactly what every promoter goes through before they're approved.
Real identity, confirmed
Every applicant completes a Stripe Identity check - a government ID plus a live selfie - so we know the person behind the profile is who they say they are.
Matched to their area
We check the venues and city a promoter claims to work against what they've submitted, so the profile reflects where they actually promote - not just a claim.
Reviewed by a human
A member of NITELY's verification team checks every application by hand before it's approved - this isn't an automated tick.
Accountable, not permanent
A trust profile can be disabled or revoked at any time if a promoter stops being legitimate - being verified isn't a one-off pass for life.
How to check a promoter is really verified
- Look for the animated tick at the top of their profile page - a static screenshot or copy-pasted badge doesn't count.
- Check the URL matches exactly: nitely.online/trust/ followed by their name - not a link they've sent you directly that looks similar.
- Check the "Verified since" date - a very recently verified promoter for an event that's far in advance is worth a second look.
- If anything feels off, don't hand over money or personal details until you've verified further with us directly below.
Verify a promoter
Check whether someone is genuinely PTP-verified. Fill in whatever you have - their name, phone number, or a social handle is enough on its own to check.
Report a promoter
If a promoter has misrepresented themselves, impersonated a verified promoter, or behaved badly - whether or not they're actually PTP-verified - tell us. Every report goes straight to our verification team, never to the promoter themselves.
Guest safety and wellbeing
The Promoter Trust Platform exists for more than just spotting a fake promoter. NITELY provides ongoing support to charities and services that help guests when they need it most, and we signpost to a range of support systems for anyone who needs them.

What's a trust profile?
A public, permanent page at your own nitely.online/trust/your-name link, showing your photo, bio, social handles and an animated badge confirming NITELY has verified you as a genuine promoter - since the month and year you were approved. It's yours to share wherever you promote, and only NITELY's team can ever edit it.
